The artist, who has taken marbling courses in Turkish Culture Service Foundation Caferağa Madrasa Art Center between the years of 1991 and 1995, gained his permission/authorization from Tülay Taşlacıoğlu.

The artist has been carrying on his works in his own atelier where he set up in Bakırköy in 2002.

"Marbling is one of the most suitable traditional arts for setting up the peace and spiritual calmness which are needed by people of our period. My aim is handing down the next generations through preserving the traditional values of this art and reinterpreting it."
